Our factory-built standard modular homes are fully painted, furnished with appliances and have forced air furnaces. Some builders may tend to eliminate important necessities like centeral air heating, which can lead to an expensive home improvement project later.
All Fleetwood Modular homes include insulated HVAC forced air furnaces that are AC or heat pump ready.
In addition, some modular home builders have certain sections built on site, which exposes them to weather considerations. Ours are 100% factory-built, out of the elements, no warping or mold.
